What:    News conference announcing the First Annual Junkies Turkey Bowl between the Junkies in the Morning from 99.1 WHFS and the DC Divas—Washington’s professional women’s football team. 

The game will be held Monday, November 22nd 2004 at 7:00pm at the Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex (8001 Sheriff Road, Landover, MD).  A “Battle of the Sexes” tackle game contested under NFL rules, all participants will wear helmets and pads.

Admission to the game is free, but patrons are asked to bring Thanksgiving food to benefit So Others Might Eat (SOME), the event’s charity. Monetary donations can be made on-site to the Van Brooks Recovery Fund and to the Maryland Concerns of Police Spouses (COPS).
